Hello, and welcome to my portfolio! As you can see from my work samples and resume I’m a technical writer, editor, and graphic designer—which is fun. Growing up in Wisconsin, I got my Bachelor’s degree from the University of Wisconsin (Madison) in English/Creative Writing, and then migrated to the east coast to get my Master’s from Rosemont College in Publishing and developmental editing. After college, I made my way to D.C., where I made the jump to a full-time technical writer and product brand copywriter. My current focus is on user manuals, corporate communications, software test scripts, and Captivate e-learning modules.

I like to read and dabbled in many different kinds of writing and art projects. Currently, I am preparing a manga series and helping out on a video game writing dialogue. You can often find me taking trips to Disney World, at a book or fan convention, or at a local book store.
